About the Role:

  • Own the full wholesale P&L and develop a multi-year growth strategy.
  • Set annual plans, budgets, and forecasts, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Identify and capitalize on new channel opportunities.

Key Account Management:

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key retail partners.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships, driving strategic alignment.
  • Expand Newton’s wholesale channels with a focus on incremental business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale, national account management, or retail sales.
  • Demonstrated experience managing major retail accounts at a senior level.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building and managing trade budgets.
