Job Description

CareScout is on a mission to simplify and dignify the aging experience, creating a new experience for care seekers and their families. As a CareScout Connection Representative, you'll provide support to customers and their families, identifying appropriate care service providers and engaging with our Provider Network. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, determine how best to handle each call, and deliver first call resolution.

You'll also review, process, and route transactions, document all calls clearly and concisely, and participate in engagement exercises. The successful associate will be resourceful, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and strive to exceed call center metrics. You'll also actively negotiate preferred pricing with long term care providers.
