Systems Analyst I – EPIC Billing

As a Systems Analyst I – EPIC Billing, you will play a key role on a cross-functional team, gaining exposure to multiple Epic applications through cross-training opportunities. In this role, you will learn to build and maintain within the Epic Resolute module, manage routine services and incidents, and perform daily maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency. A caregiver in this position works remote Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-call requirements. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Perform workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow support and provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems.
