Fully own and modernize onboarding for AEs and partner managers with clear learning paths tied to the updated AE Playbook. Act as the enablement liaison to Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging. Join select high-value calls to provide expert product guidance and observe user sentiment first-hand. Leverage Gong and Salesforce data to recognize patterns and proactively develop just-in-time enablement.
