Job Description
Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead and mentor a team of claims professionals in a remote environment.
- Supervise claims staff in day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support.
- Deliver ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure team adherence to quality standards and productivity goals.
- Maintain compliance with Workers’ Compensation laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of claims operations.
Technical Expertise and Communication:
- Provide technical and jurisdictional guidance on complex claims.
- Act as a liaison for clients and employees, resolving claim-specific requests.
- Participate in customer claim reviews and presentations.
