Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist at Canary Technologies plays a critical role in ensuring new hotel clients are successfully set up and activated on Canary products. This role focuses on implementation, configuration, and guiding customers through a smooth go-live experience — not long-term account management. They will lead onboarding calls, configure products to match each property’s needs, and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and internal teams.
Responsibilities include owning and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hotel clients, configuring and deploying Canary’s suite of products, leading client onboarding calls and training sessions, and troubleshooting onboarding issues. The specialist will also track and manage onboarding milestones, drive product adoption, maintain accurate onboarding records, and identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, acting as a trusted guide to clients during their first interactions with Canary.
