You’ll represent Intuit (the makers of TurboTax) as an employee of E@W, helping customers by answering questions, troubleshooting, and making their experience as smooth as possible, gaining real-world customer service and tech support skills. You will answer inbound calls at the customer service center, following company policies and best practices to solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer-friendly tax advice.
