Educate and train customers on Golf + POS workflows that support their day-to-day operations. Partner with Account Managers to resolve issues and strengthen long-term workflows. Implement new product features following upsells. Act as a product expert and adoption champion to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Development teams.
