As a Care Coordinator your responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer support through various channels and resolving issues efficiently.
- Driving member engagement by collaborating with Physical Therapists and encouraging members to continue their progress.
- Establishing human connections with members by leveraging technology and tailoring interactions to meet their needs.
What is needed to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years relevant experience in service-based environment preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Tech Support, Call Center. Support, or Customer Service.
- Proven ability to communicate with individuals at various levels with excellent written and verbal communication.
