Job Description
Reporting to the Manager - Talent Acquisition, you'll be essential in driving the growth of our Insurance teams across Zensurance. You'll manage 6+ roles each month for key Insurance positions, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You'll own the process from needs assessment to offer negotiation, develop deep talent pools within the insurance industry using innovative sourcing techniques, and improve our recruitment methods.
