Opportunity & Impact:

The COO will serve as the CEO's trusted partner, providing strategic leadership, management, and vision.
Specific responsibilities include providing executive leadership; lead and integrate core operational functions.
The COO will oversee financial performance and lead change management efforts.

Professional Qualifications:

The candidate needs demonstrated ability to lead complex operations and a strong finance understanding.
They need experience leading seasoned executives across HR and familiarity with nonprofit requirements.
The COO must have knowledge of information systems and a track record of building high-performing teams.
