You will be expected to get up to speed quickly with minimal training and work autonomously.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the adoption of Synnefaโs products and services. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges, demonstrating how Synnefaโs solutions can address their specific requirements. Provide in-depth technical knowledge about Synnefaโs products, including smart greenhouses, FarmShield IoT sensors, and the FarmCloud platform. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Work closely with clients to customize solutions that fit their unique agricultural needs. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, agronomists, and industry partners. Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform future product enhancements and innovations. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the senior management team.
