This role will be pivotal to shaping the future of AmTrust's Commercial Lines, driving profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and be a senior member of the Commercial Lines leadership team. Responsibilities include strategic partnership, financial performance, product development, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, automation leadership, risk management, competitor analysis, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
The role oversees the Automation Team, BOP & Package Product Team, Auto, Umbrella, and Verticals Product Team, and Quality Assurance Team.
