Job Description

The Senior Sales Tools Analyst will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Samsara’s sales technology stack to ensure our sellers can operate efficiently and effectively. This role will combine day-to-day administration, technical configuration, and pilot/project support for new tool rollouts. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, IT, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, well-integrated tools that enhance the seller experience and support revenue growth. Administer and configure core sales tools such as Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, Gong, and Highspot, including user profiles, permissions, workflows, automations, and data integrity maintenance. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support , investigating complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes. Support pilots and rollouts of new tools and features , coordinating technical setup, configuration, UAT, and feedback collection to ensure smooth adoption and transition into ongoing administration. Oversee integrations and data flows between sales tools, CRM, and adjacent business systems; monitor sync errors, troubleshoot integration issues, and partner with IT or vendors on new connections.
