Seeking a highly capable and independent Commercial Counsel to manage and lead a wide range of complex commercial legal matters. In this pivotal role, you will autonomously draft, negotiate, and review sophisticated procurement agreements, sales contracts, partner agreements, and other strategic commercial arrangements. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain consistent availability from 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time, with occasional extended or earlier hours to address critical business requirements. This position is ideal for a proactive attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment, expertly balancing competing priorities and driving cross-functional initiatives. You will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Counsel, and be instrumental in enhancing the legal team's strategic impact and operational excellence. This generalist role will leverage and deepen your expertise across multiple commercial legal domains, with a continued emphasis on procurement, while also taking ownership of high-visibility projects across the commercial legal portfolio.
