• This is a back-office, quality-focused role responsible for reviewing and evaluating student services.
• The Auditor serves as an internal reviewer, assessing interactions and monitoring service quality.
• Ideal for individuals with a medical background who can evaluate services using their knowledge of medical education.

Responsibilities:

• Audit recorded student interactions and support activities to ensure adherence to standards.
• Evaluate accuracy and quality of guidance, identifying trends and process gaps.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain detailed records of evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Medical school students or those with clinical training strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate processes.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and other common tools.
