Wing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to redefine the future of work for companies globally. The responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently, and building sustainable relationships with customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining records, adhering to communication procedures, and proactively engaging customers are also key. The position requires at least 1 year of experience in a B2C or B2B role, excellent English skills, proficiency in phone, email, and messaging, solid organizational skills, and familiarity with technologies like CRM and VoIP. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work US work hours, 20-40 hours per week from India.
