About the Role:

• As an Engineering Manager on the Customer Developer Experience team, you'll lead engineers across integration support and tooling development.
• You'll set the technical strategy for open-source libraries and maintain high standards for reliability and documentation.

Challenges You Will Tackle:

• Cross-functional collaboration: work with product, customer success, data science, and other engineering teams to prioritize features.
• Balancing support and delivery: allocate team capacity between hands-on integration support and long-term platform development.
• Recruiting and career growth: own the hiring process and guide team members' development with direct feedback and stretch opportunities.
