We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team as we scale our go-to-market efforts. As an SDR at Axiom, you'll be the primary driver of new business opportunities, working closely with our Account Executive to build pipeline and accelerate our growth in the competitive observability market. You will drive pipeline generation, execute high-volume outreach, target developer-focused companies, qualify and schedule prospects, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage modern tools. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in sales development, exceptional communication skills, coachability, technical curiosity, and experience with CRMs and sales engagement platforms.
