Gusto is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Benefits Services team and empower a team of support team leaders. The role will help scale our operation to support millions of members in the next few years and will be responsible for the experience of tens of thousands of SMBs on the Gusto platform. As a leader, you will help scale our support teams to deliver a world-class experience, lead multiple teams, empower and inspire Gusties, and drive operational excellence for our Customers.
The Senior Benefits Services Team Leader will foster a culture of engagement, lead strategic direction, and solicit customer feedback to drive improvements. This involves working cross-functionally with other CX teams. The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience, 3 years of people management in CX and technology, and proven experience in healthcare benefits environments.
