Role Overview:

• Lead delivery of an AI-assisted operations platform for travel disruption workflows.
• Work at the intersection of AI engineering, software architecture, and operational delivery.
• Own technical approach from discovery to evaluation, with human oversight and traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect existing systems and translate findings into clear specifications.
• Prove critical integrations early and validate API access, permissions, and event contracts.
• Design maintainable business rules and manage rule changes with versioned updates.

Requirements:

• Hands-on software engineering and solution architecture with API integration.
• Experience taking applied AI/LLM workflows beyond prototypes into production.
• Strong evaluation, CI, and observability skills with realistic estimation.
