Compliance Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Investigate issues and determine root cause gaps that bad actors exploit, closing those gaps.
• Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers, and consumers worldwide.
• Respond to carrier partner notifications and support customers by email and phone.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, KYC, fraud, or abuse space, preferably in eCommerce or Telecom.
• Basic technical skills including SQL, understanding of APIs and data analytics.
• Empathetic with great communication and organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity.

Location and Travel:

• This role is remote and based in Estonia.
• Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
