Role Objective:

  • Ensure 24/7/365 operational excellence for Shopify storefront, checkout, and subscription engine.
  • Own Saturday and Sunday evening/night coverage windows to catch visual regressions and protect revenue.
  • Work alongside weekday team for seamless handoff and alignment.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide live real-time storefront monitoring during high-volume weekend traffic hours.
  • Execute weekend hotfixes, theme updates, and third-party app validation.
  • Run full funnel regression tests across desktop and mobile, focusing on checkout and payment gateways.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High native English proficiency with clear async communication via GitHub and ClickUp.
  • 5+ years of QA experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or 6–7 figure DTC e-commerce brand.
  • Strong Shopify Admin, metafields, and Liquid template logic knowledge.
