What You Own:
- The email product and lifecycle platform, including Iterable configuration and Digioh capture layer.
- Data quality, deliverability, and sending infrastructure across all brands.
- Testing and optimization discipline, turning results into a prioritized backlog.
Build and scale lifecycle programs:
- Build and maintain lifecycle programs, segmentation, and automation workflows in Iterable.
- Manage subscriber and identity data flows between Digioh, Iterable, and internal systems.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, and send-time optimization.
Own the platform and the data layer:
- Own ESP configuration and implementation in Iterable and onsite capture in Digioh.
- Ensure consistent authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and monitor inbox placement.
- Coordinate with IT and Data teams on integrations and data warehouse sync.
