Lead Talent & People Insights Partner

This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the intersection of talent strategy and people analytics. You'll create and manage programs that help staff develop their skills, and track the success of these programs using data analysis to ensure they work well and help staff advance in their careers. As a Lead Individual Contributor, you will act as a thought leader and a strategic partner to the People Enablement team and business leaders. You will drive data-driven people insights by developing user-friendly analytics tools and conduct deep-dive analysis into key talent areas. You will also lead strategic talent development & growth by designing and implementing talent programs, developing a career path model, and enhancing the performance management approach with a data-driven lens.
