Senior Manager, Retail Education and Events

The Senior Manager, Retail Education and Events is a visionary who will lead and develop Nutrafol’s national retail programs and initiatives. In this role, you will design & facilitate brand education materials, integrating education initiatives across various channels, including in-person workshops, digital platforms, and social media, to create a consistent learning experience. You will also develop education and event strategies to improve all Retail initiatives, anticipating the needs of the business and the impact on cross functional team timelines. This role also involves budget management and serving as Retail education voice through partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and internal Education players on key launches and initiatives.
