Director, FI Solutions Business Development & Partnerships

Responsible for driving the expansion of Pathward's footprint within the U.S. banking and credit union sector. This senior individual contributor role focuses on significantly increasing the number of direct partnerships with financial institutions (FIs) through proactive outreach. The Director will identify, establish, and manage strategic relationships with third-party organizations that serve or influence FIs—such as core banking providers, fintech platforms, consultants, networks, and other ecosystem players. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of independently managing the full business development lifecycle and aligning partnership efforts with broader organizational goals. The candidate will identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with banks and credit unions across the U.S., while developing and managing strategic alliances with ecosystem partners. They will drive the full business development lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams. The role also involves tracking and reporting on partnership performance, pipeline metrics, and market insights.
