WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own end-to-end activation of the partner ecosystem.
  • Build and manage referral partner programs from scratch.
  • Build repeatable partner activation playbooks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4-8+ years of experience building and executing partner programs.
  • 2–5 years of corporate finance, PE/VC, or business operations experience.
  • Entrepreneurial execution mindset: comfortable building from zero.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Prior Series B–D stage startup experience.
  • Background in accounting, audit, or compliance tech.

They are based in San Francisco, CA, but built as a remote-first company. The Fieldguide team is inclusive, driven, humble, and supportive.
