Overview:
- As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will grow and scale engineering teams to deliver high-quality software for customer-facing products and internal platforms.
- You will own the Fanatics App, bringing together Free to Play games, live events, ecommerce, and new product experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage one or more engineering teams, providing technical leadership and adhering to engineering best practices.
- Work closely with product and design partners to create an ambitious, yet achievable roadmap.
- Drive reliable execution with data and KPIs and champion continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams and 4+ years building scalable systems.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodology.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment with a team-first mentality.
