The Role:
- Lead product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap across the organization.

- Strong understanding of AI-driven capabilities and product development tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence executives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $550,000-650,000 with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Remote-first with home office stipend and up to $5,000 annual development.
