Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for the tax experience at Mercer Advisors, using AI-powered technology for tax preparation and planning.
Own the tax product roadmap from discovery through delivery, covering the full client journey from document intake to filed return and tax planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner daily with engineering, design, data, and tax leadership to run agile ceremonies and ensure your pod delivers.
Set direction for a suite of AI agents, decide what to automate next, and own a rigorous eval process to measure accuracy and quality.
Make tax a first-class member of the Mercer Advisors technology stack, building on shared platform capabilities and partnering with security and compliance.

Outcomes and Impact:

Define success metrics, track progress, and continuously improve based on usage data and feedback from tax managers, advisors, and clients.
Raise the bar on a product culture of delivering impact, not features, and communicate results to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay range $160,000 - $190,000 USD, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.
