Drive licensing and partnership growth for our rapidly expanding agronomy software platform. This role is instrumental in extending our market reach by engaging independent agronomists, ag retailers, and service providers who support major row crop markets across the Midwest. The Business Development Manager will be directly responsible for achieving defined annual licensing revenue goals, maintaining consistent pipeline health, and contributing to overall business growth.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with defined revenue targets and market expansion goals. Cultivate deep relationships within the agriculture industry demonstrating a clear understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs. Effectively articulate the value proposition and technical benefits of Advanced Agrilyticsβ software platform to diverse stakeholder groups. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with product innovation, customer success, and strategic growth initiatives. Engage with agronomic professionals working across key U.S. row crops, including corn, soybeans and wheat. Focus geographically on key agricultural regions in the Midwest to support local market penetration and customer onboarding.
