Senior Delivery Manager

The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for managing complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets, leveraging extensive project management experience and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics. The role involves driving the successful delivery of transformative software solutions, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to the company's growth and success. The role includes accountability for managing client implementation projects and providing project management support and guidance to a dedicated team of Consultants. Key responsibilities include engaging with senior-level stakeholders, conducting project kickoff, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading cross-functional project teams, monitoring project progress, and developing risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, along with 7+ years of progressive experience in project management. They should also possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
