Associate Counsel

As an Associate Counsel, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and other technology and AI-related agreements with customers, vendors, and channel partners, and manage regulatory, compliance, and operational issues that arise. You will also be analyzing and navigating cutting-edge legal and technological issues in AI. You'll help ensure commercial agreement processes and systems scale and evolve to serve new initiatives, provide training and develop resources in support of our sales and other cross-functional teams. There is also an opportunity to pick up other aspects of the legal work that supports the company.
