Position Summary:
- Lead the retention, expansion, and strategic growth of our existing grocery retailer partnerships across all accounts.
- Drive renewals, increasing investment levels, and maximizing long-term customer value through thoughtful campaign planning and performance optimization.
- Partner closely with retailers to develop data-driven media strategies that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead campaign planning in partnership with retailers, including audience strategy, budget allocation, flighting, and channel mix recommendations.
- Translate performance data and closed-loop measurement insights into clear, actionable optimization strategies and renewal narratives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in grocery retail, retail media, digital advertising, or account management with a strong focus on renewals and customer growth.
- Strong knowledge of retail media, including audience targeting, media planning, and performance measurement (onsite and offsite).
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear narratives.
