Job Description

Customer Interaction:

  • Attend customer discovery calls with Account Executives.
  • Deliver platform demonstrations and manage trials.
  • Represent Jitterbit at webinars and conferences.

Technical Expertise:

  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Provide technical consulting advice for in-flight projects to clients and internal teams.
  • Suggest process improvements to drive further efficiency gains.

Pre-Sales & Support:

  • Drive technical positioning and evaluation phases of sales.
  • Secure the technical close in complex solutions.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
