Job Description
Customer Interaction:
- Attend customer discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Deliver platform demonstrations and manage trials.
- Represent Jitterbit at webinars and conferences.
Technical Expertise:
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Provide technical consulting advice for in-flight projects to clients and internal teams.
- Suggest process improvements to drive further efficiency gains.
Pre-Sales & Support:
- Drive technical positioning and evaluation phases of sales.
- Secure the technical close in complex solutions.
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
