Junior Accountant

About the Role:

• This is a ground-floor opportunity to build accounting operations from scratch as the company scales toward Series B.
• You'll be at the heart of finance operations, ensuring the team has a solid foundation to focus on strategy.
• Expect real impact, process creation, and growth alongside a fast-moving company.

What You'll Do:

• Own month-end close with bank reconciliations, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations to meet close deadlines.
• Keep daily finances running smoothly by handling invoices, payments, and all day-to-day operations.
• Improve cash flow visibility by processing invoices and planning payments more intelligently.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in bookkeeping, finance admin, AP/AR, or accounting support roles with strong process understanding.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency and keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Xero and familiarity with modern operations tools like Slack or HubSpot is a plus.
