Key Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more cross-functional squads within the SAP domain, owning delivery outcomes and team health.
- Partner with product management to maintain a healthy backlog and align on priorities.
- Manage a broad stakeholder group and drive engineering excellence.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in technical leadership with direct people management responsibility.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP and cloud platforms like AWS.
- Solid grounding in modern engineering practices: CI/CD, testing, and DevOps.
