  • Increase exam completion rates by monitoring learner progress and removing barriers.

Delivery Fulfillment:

  • Track client training schedules and ensure all logistics are in place.
  • Partner with internal operations and vendors for a seamless customer experience.

Account Operations:

  • Process orders, run reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Develop and deliver account-level reporting on performance and ROI.
