Job Description

This position provides hands-on IT support and systems administration across Microsoft 365, identity platforms, and endpoint management tools. The IT Specialist is responsible for handling user lifecycle tasks, device provisioning, troubleshooting, and operational support for a remote workforce. This role supports identity lifecycle tasks across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and other business systems which includes setting up and configuring new user accounts, devices, and software while also managing user offboarding, including timely access removal and hardware recovery. The IT Specialist supports the administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. They troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS devices. Additionally, they maintain accurate asset inventory, ensure devices are tagged, and update asset records. They are responsible for producing standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base content.
