Lyra is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care Navigator Team (CNT). The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a strong strategic advisor and problem solver, who can break down ambiguous challenges into actionable, data driven solutions for an executive audience. This person is energized by tackling hard / ambiguous problems, understanding all of the drivers to sustainably grow new services, and expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new service areas to support Lyraβs growing member base. Conduct complex data analysis (quantitative, qualitative) to understand context and generate organizational insights; proactively work with cross-functional partners to source data. Clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Collaborate with product marketing, partnerships, customer success and product teams to skillfully design scalable solutions that anticipate and meet customer needs; develop custom offerings to meet bespoke customer needs.
Understand the rapidly evolving landscape of customer & client service centers; translate insights into recommendations for new processes, tools and technologies to enhance high quality and efficient servicing across CNT operations. Own the planning, management and execution of key strategic projects. Lead cross-functional partnerships with finance & operations teams to support short and long-term planning.
