Sellfire is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own interview scheduling and candidate coordination across both internal hires. This role involves working directly with the Head of People and senior leaders to streamline hiring operations, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and help scale our recruiting infrastructure. The responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers, owning candidate data hygiene, and serving as the first impression of Sellfire’s hiring process.
