Job Description
The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for setting-up and maintaining EnableComp’s contract management system, and ensuring contract compliance with EnableComp’s policies and procedures. The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for drafting master service agreements, amendments, and other contract-related correspondence, as well as maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the contract management system (CMS), running reports out of CMS, drafting master service agreements and amendments, ensuring contract documentation is up to date, informing stakeholders of contract status, and addressing contract issues.
