The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for supporting our clients by providing a consultative approach to the practice on business strategy, technology and operations. This includes analyzing and improving the business aspects in place and perform tasks such as identifying problems, examining medical data, analyzing revenues, interviewing staff, and identifying ways of reducing costs and improving practice performance. This may also include expert product training, data management and review on best practice application and use of Nextech software products.
Essential functions include client training, onboarding, product management, identifying areas of opportunity and risk, and maintaining customer retention. The consultant will review practice management products, consult with physician offices, and own project management responsibilities. They will conduct internal training, deliver presentations, and travel to clients as needed. The consultant will also maintain calendars, submit timecards, update projects in Salesforce, and participate in meetings.
