We’re looking for a Jr People Ops Analyst to join our team and own the operational backbone that keeps our company running smoothly. If you're organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make a huge impact behind the scenes, handling internal support requests, managing access to tools and systems, assisting with onboarding, and supporting cultural initiatives like team events.
You will be the go-to person for IT and access support, coordinate onboarding logistics, support People Ops processes, manage cultural channels and activities. The candidate will keep internal systems organized and partner with cross-functional teams to unblock employees, flagging and solving internal process issues.
