Job Description
You will be responsible for the people management and career development of a team of 5+ engineers. In addition, you’ll actively contribute to architectural discussions, project planning, roadmap sessions, and operational decisions related to deployment and support.
Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and mentoring developers within one or more teams. Providing regular, constructive feedback and writing performance reviews to support professional growth. Supporting the career development of team members through guidance and tailored opportunities.
Setting clear, ambitious, and achievable goals for individuals and the team. Fostering a positive, inclusive team environment where people feel valued and motivated. Contributing to all aspects of the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and maintenance.
