As an Engineering Manager at our award winning company, you’ll deliver on our product roadmap, partner cross-functionally, and lead an engineering team. Work with the executive leadership team to set and execute against the annual plan, leading and mentoring a team of engineers. Exceptional communication skills are needed to verbalize choices and motivate people. The role involves maintaining quality standards, optimizing budgets, and ensuring compliance with security and IT standards.

Lead the Automation team within the Institutional product group, touching every part of the Institutional crypto and fiat asset movement journey. Build and manage engineering teams to guide the development of features, services, and infrastructure. Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate our vision into a tangible roadmap.
