Job Description
We’re looking for a Hiring Operations Analyst to support our busy hiring function at Monzo. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the impact of data and loves spotting opportunities to make hiring processes and projects smoother, slicker, and more efficient for everyone involved. As Hiring Operations Analyst, you’ll have a particular focus on data and analytics, with a skill for pulling, interpreting & cleaning data before making it easily accessible in dashboards. You’ll also spend time focusing on vendor management and improving candidate experience.
You will answer hiring data queries, improve data integrity, identify goals, improve hiring processes, train the hiring team, design the headcount management process, manage incidents, and manage vendor relationships for tools like Greenhouse, Security Watchdog, GoodTime, and Enboarder.
