Senior Product Manager, Core Agreement Features

About the role:

• As a Senior Product Manager, Core Agreement Features, you will own and evolve the user-facing experiences at the heart of SignNow’s agreement execution journey.
• You will identify the biggest user pain points in core flows, simplify complex tasks through excellent UX, and use AI capabilities where they meaningfully improve clarity, confidence, and time-to-completion.
• This role is highly outcome-driven, requiring you to define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and drive measurable business impact.

What you will be working on:

• Core user journeys: Own and improve core agreement execution flows, ensuring they are intuitive, fast, and reliable.
• User problem discovery: Deeply understand user pain points through research, support insights, and behavioral data.
• UX simplification: Turn complicated tasks into simple, guided experiences through UX, product design patterns, and smart defaults.
