- Advise internal teams on key contract terms.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school and active license to practice law.
- 5+ years of experience in technology contracting.
- Strong commercial judgment and risk-aware decision-making.
Preferred:
- Prior in-house experience at an early-stage or high-growth software company.
- Experience with reseller or channel agreements and international contracts.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or compliance markets.
